The property reserves the right to pre-authorise your card for GBP 300 as a security measure. The amount will be released upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. For any lost or not returned key a full cost of changing locks will be charged to the guest. No parties and no loud behaviour are permitted on the premises. In case of non-observance of this policy guests will be removed from premises and charged full prices for the accommodation costs of neighbouring guests who are disturbed. Only persons on the booking confirmation may enter the premises at any time day or night. No additional persons are permitted in the building without prior consent. No smoking and not pets are permitted on the premises. Photo ID is required on handover of the keys. Any late check-out is charged at GBP 30 per hour if late check-out is agreed by us. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from debit card cards, and an alternative credit card will be required. Cash is not accepted as payment. Air conditioning (if provided in amenities) available on request in the summer months of July and August only. Additional fees apply. Fees are payable in advance and are charged from the date of code release to end of stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
