The property pre-authorises your card for GBP 300 in advance of arrival as a security measure. The amount will be released upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A valid photo ID is required from each guest. Only persons on the booking confirmation may enter the premises at any time, day or night. No additional persons are permitted in the building without prior consent. Any additional persons pay extra daily charge of £50 per person per day. Please note that third parties are not permitted to book on behalf of guests. The booker must be the guest checking in at the property. The property operates self check-in. Guest IDs are collected online pre-stay. No smoking and no pets are permitted on the premises. The full cost of changing locks will be charged to the guest for any lost or not returned key. No parties and no loud behaviour are permitted on the premises. In case of non-observance of this policy, guests will be removed from the premises and charged full prices for the accommodation costs of neighbouring guests who are disturbed. Any late check-out is charged at GBP 60 per hour if agreed by the property. Cash is not accepted as payment. Air conditioning (if provided in amenities) is available on request in July and August only. Additional fees apply. Fees are payable in advance and are charged from the date of code release to the end of the stay. Use of property address for personal mail is not permitted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
