Cleanliness During Stay * Keep the space reasonably tidy. * Clean spills or messes promptly. * Place rubbish in the correct bins. * Rubbish brought from outside the property (e.g., waste from day trips or previous accommodation) must not be left at the house. 2. Check‑Out Condition * Wash and put away all dishes. * Remove all food from fridge/pantry. * Leave towels in the bathroom. * Return furniture/items to their original place. * Close windows, shut doors, and switch off lights/heating. 3. Damage & Extra Cleaning * Report any damage or breakage immediately. * Excessive mess, excess rubbish, or unreported damage may result in additional cleaning or disposal charges. 4. Respect for the Property * Use appliances and furniture as intended. * Keep outdoor areas tidy.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
