1. Online Check-in & Identification: Access to the accommodation will only be granted after successful completion of online check-in and submission of a valid photo ID. This is mandatory; without this verification, an access code cannot be provided. 2. Strictly Private Use (Prohibition of Commercial Activity/Prostitution): The accommodation may only be used for private residential purposes. Any commercial activity, in particular prostitution or unregistered, frequent visitors, is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the contract without refund and reporting to the relevant authorities. 3. No Smoking & Damages: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire accommodation. A special cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged for violations. A damages fee of up to EUR 400 will be charged for damage to the inventory, lost keys, or excessive soiling.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
