Please note that the patio is located within a shared garden area and is not fully private. After booking the "Studio with Sea-View Balcony (1st or 2nd Floor)", guests are assigned to any available first- or second-floor studio. Specific floor requests cannot be accommodated or guaranteed. A valid ID card or passport is required upon check-in. Breakfast is not provided. No food or beverages are supplied in the studios. There is no reception desk on site. Assistance is available via email, WhatsApp, or Viber. We speak English and Greek only. Pets, parties, events, and electric vehicle charging are not permitted. Beach Access: A pathway from our lawn leads to the beachfront road below.
