Excessive noise may lead to cancellation following a neighbour complaint. 3) Check-out by 11:00; late checkout by prior approval only - otherwise GBP 50 (11:00-13:00) or a full additional night after 13:00. 4) Please note: this is a duplex over the raised ground and first floors reached by internal stairs with NO lift, and the two floors are joined by a handrail-less staircase - take care, and not suitable for unsupervised young children.
