Set within the stunning Lake District mountains, The Unicorn Inn is the oldest traditional pub in Ambleside. We have a bar and restaurant, with 4 en-suite rooms and one 1 small box double room with adjacent bathroom. All rooms have free Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities, fresh cotton bedding, toiletries and towels. The accommodation is room only and guests have private access to the rooms and road. We have no parking but there is a public carpark close by. The Unicorn, serves simple fresh bar food, made on site by our local chef and owners. We pride ourselves on our Sunday roasts and fine ales. Guests will always receive a warm welcome to our cosy traditional English pub.
