All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise , they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September). Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee. Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host before your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property. Tenants must sign a short-term rental agreement. This agreement will reflect the original terms of your booking and must specify the duration of the stay, stating that the rental is not intended for permanent residence. It must also include the guest’s primary residence address and the reason for the stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
