A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
The apartment is monitored by a security system that tracks noise levels and monitors how many mobile devices are in the property. An alarm system is in place to alert the property owner if the noise level rises and the number of mobile devices rises above the number of guests booked so it is important that you notify us if you are planning on having visitors to the apartment. CCTV monitors the entrance and outside areas of the property.
Could you kindly provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure? Please keep in mind that standard check-in is from 15:00pm to 17.30pm and check out is until 11:00am.
If you are unable to arrive between 15:00pm - 17.30pm we have an out of hours charge to cover the over heads of staff and travel.
Check in from 17.30pm - 20.00pm is £35.00 and a check in from 20:00pm - 22:00pm is £55.00.
We do not offer a check in later than 22:00 hours.
