Booking Verification We operate similarly to hotels; however, since you will be utilising a self-check-in, we require these details digitally via a secure link. Please note that the property requires the following from the main booker ID verification documents within 48 hours after booking: a photo or scan of a valid photo ID that matches the credit card details used to book your reservation, along with a real-time selfie. Security Deposit A security deposit is required in the form of a pre-authorisation. This will be collected via a secure link to submit your credit card details. The deposit will not be physically charged unless damages or extra cleaning are reported by our team after check-out. Cleaning Service Please note that this property is not serviced like a hotel, and regular housekeeping, including daily cleaning and linen changes, is not included during your stay.
