It is not offered as a staging base, operational hub, or accommodation for people working locally on events, productions, or other professional activities. From past experience, stays of that nature do not always bring the level of care and accountability we expect for a home like Serenity Levi. If, after check-in, guest behaviour or use of the house has a negative impact on the property or on our neighbours, we also reserve the right to require guests to leave.
