DOGS ON SITE – OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY You confirm that your dog(s) are up to date with all required vaccinations and immunisations, are free from any communicable illnesses or diseases, and that you can provide vaccination records if requested. You understand and agree that you are responsible for any claims made by any third-party caused by your dog/s. You understand and agree that dogs must be always kept on a short lead when outside of my allocated accommodation. Including when using the patio area or front garden of the accommodation. You understand and agree that you are responsible for promptly picking up and disposing of all dog waste in the bins provided. You agree to always supervise your dog(s) and not leave them unattended in your accommodation. Dog/s should only be left if you are sure they will not cause a noise nuisance to others. You understand and agree that Dogs are not permitted in the any other building apart your accommodation whilst I reside at the Chalet. This includes all other guest properties. Should your dog enter other buildings not designated as pet friendly, an additional cleaning charge may be applied. You understand and agree that Dogs are not permitted on the furniture, including the beds within your allocated accommodation. You understand that you are responsible for all costs associated with any damage caused to the property during your time at the accommodation. You understand and agree that your Dog/s are not permitted to upset or annoy other residents, this includes excessive noise. I understand that should this happen; You may be asked to find alternative arrangements for your dog/s for the remainder of your stay. You understand and agree that the Owner retains the right to exclude your dog/s if, at their discretion, your dog /s are considered dangerous or are likely to frighten or harm others. You understand that you are responsible for the safety of your dog(s) whilst at the accommodation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
