This Short Term Rental (STRA0017/24) is located on the Mornington Peninsula and as such all guests must comply with the Mornington Shire Local Laws & Code of Conduct and Body Corporate Rules, all guests agree to these rules by booking, including the following:
- Quiet period between 11pm and 7am. Outdoor areas are not to be used during this period
- No Parties, events or excess guests allowed onsite
- Guests must not consume alcohol or illegal substances on communal property
- Guests must not leave cigarette butts or excess rubbish at the property
- Guests must Park in allocated parking spots only for Unit 5
- Caravans, tents & camper vans are not onsite
Failure to adhere to these rules and local laws & code of conduct may result in early termination of your stay. Refunds will not be given for breach of these rules, local laws or code of conduct.
In addition, there is a security camera in the smart lock used to access the property. These devices are located on the front door and the patio door (rear entrance) for your safety and security. These devices are only activated/record when someone approaches the door and movement is detected.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
