This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note all the villas are entirely non-smoking. Please note that all villas contain stairs and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties. If unsure please ask the property. For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
