Please note, the rooms in this property are accessed by stairs, which may make it unsuitable for those with reduced mobility. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Please advice the property if you are bringing dogs. DOGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. I just ask they are not on the leather furniture. Also that they do not go upstairs or that they are on the beds. I will put a stairgate in place to help with this. If your dog sleeps in the bedroom with you then I'm sorry but this isn't the rental for you. I have to consider other guest who do not have dogs.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
