Damage deposit
A damage deposit of CAD 1000 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Due to winter conditions on the lake, the dock must be removed annually from the end of September until the start of the next summer season.
Please note that an additional charge of 250 CAD per stay will apply for late check-out.
Violating the house rule there will be an Extra charge of 200 CAD for cleaning fee, per stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
