Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that late checkout is subject to availability and is chargeable at GBP 10 per hour till 14:00. Minimum 2 hours ' notice required and needs to be booked in advance. Unauthorised late checkout will incur an additional fee.
Amex is not accepted for the damage deposit.
