Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
The lower level pool can be heated upon advance request, with an additional charge of 80€ per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice).
Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos.
Special events are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges.
Starting 01/01/2024, a new tax “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge” was introduced, requiring a fee of €10/night from March to October and €4/night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival.
