Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with instructions and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment. Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa. The early check-in fee is USD 500 from 10:00 hrs onwards. The late check-out fee is USD 500 until 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, the full daily rate is applicable. Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests. The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses. Unregistered guests will be charged USD 300 per person per night. Please note that 2 persons can be accommodated per bedroom. - Booking of 8 persons can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms. - Booking of 10 persons can be accommodated in 5 bedrooms. - Booking of 12 persons can be accommodated in 6 bedrooms.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
