Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Late arrivals are available upon previous request and subject 60 EUR surcharge from 22:00 to 8:00.
