We will require the following prior to arrival Via our secure online Guest Registration minimum of 7 days before arrival. * A valid personal email generic booking email cannot be accepted. * A valid phone number including prefix code for all staying guests no phone number no access. * An estimated time of arrival. * A signed Group registration and £50 per person damage deposit prior to arrival no exceptions. * A copy of ID from all parties attending the property is sent with the contract. Guest must be 21 and over unless it’s a family. Please note security deposit requires £100 per person for those under 21. No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the block if our rules have been breached all guests will be removed without a refund For guests staying more than 7 nights Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoiceThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
