Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited at the property and any guests found to be ignoring this rule may be charged GBP 250 plus additional costs to cover cleaning/damage costs. If guests lose keys during their stay they will be charged a call out fee of GBP 60 to provide keys. If the call is made after 21:00 then no keys can be delivered and guests will need to find alternative accommodation for the night at a cost to themselves. Please note 1 small dog is only allowed in the Studio Apartment Room 2 for an extra charge of GBP 15.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
