For bookings made with Free Cancellation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days, you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking.
Reception hours are from 09:30 until 18.00 from Monday to Sunday. Reception hours may vary, and the Harrogate office operates with limited staff during the week.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with reception for an additional charge, subject to availability.
As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team.
Any and all damage caused to the property and apartments during your stay will incur a charge that covers the cost of repairs or deep cleaning. The property will send you an email one day before your arrival with all the information you will need if you arrive outside the reception hours. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also to your key box, unique to your allocated apartment. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.
On-site parking is available for £10 per car, per night. If you wish to reserve a space, please provide your vehicle registration number at the time of booking.
