These 15 beautiful, individually designed luxury apartments in Harrogate are spread over three central locations; 9 luxury apartments located at King's Road, 5 newly refurbished deluxe apartments, including our three-bed apartment located at Duchy Road and the Coach House, a one bed luxury apartment located at York Road.
Each apartment at The Lawrance features an open-plan living area with fabulous, modern decor including hand-printed wallpaper and laminate wood flooring. All kitchens are modern and come fully-equipped with microwave and/ or oven, hobs for cooking and a refrigerator.
Bedrooms feature comfortable beds with goose down pillows and duvets (hypoallergenic bedding also available upon request). Towels and essential toiletries are provided.
Free parking is on a first come, first served basis. If you are located to our Kings Road location, you will be offered the use of free car parking at Duchy Road.
All three locations are situated close to the town centre.

This property doesn't have accessible facilities, upper floors are not accessible by lift.
Pets are only allowed in some apartments and there is a charge in place. Please check the apartments' descriptions or with reception to confirm if that apartment allows/does not allow pets. Please note, the apartments are set over 3 locations within the heart of Harrogate.
For bookings made with Free Cancellation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days, you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking.
Reception hours are from 09:00 until 17:30 from Monday to Sunday. Please kindly note that reception times may vary.
As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team.
Any and all damage caused to the property and apartments during your stay will incur a charge that covers the cost of repairs or deep cleaning. Management reserves the right to recover this debt by any means necessary and this may involve pursuance through courts. This email will include the security codes to enter through the gates and also to your key box, unique to your allocated apartment.
