Please note the facilities indicated as part of the condo can only be used for a fee as they are separate from the apartment. They have their own timetables and some of the activities (e.g. water sports) are only available during the summer months. The huge crystal lagoon is for non-powered water sports only, (e.g. kayaking, windsurfing, etc.) Swimming is not allowed except in a very small area next to the lagoon and during summer high season only (approx. December 15 to March 15) The on-site restaurants are open only during weekends and Chilean holiday periods outside of summer high season.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
