Your indicated number of guests is not to be exceeded. No smoking or vaping inside. Quiet hours must be adhered to 2100hrs -0800hrs. If applicable, breach of house rules may result in being asked to leave the property or additional charges / cleaning fees being incurred. If you’ve enjoyed using the BBQ during your stay, please include in your clean-up prior to departure. Please lock doors and turn off lights and air conditioning if you leave the premises and when checking out. Please return the keys to the lock-box. Please report and breakages if they occur. Guests are to leave the kitchen tidy, and dishes are to be washed in the dishwasher and not put away wet. Please feel free to leave the dishwasher running when you depart.
