Please note that you are renting rooms that do not have ensuite bathroom or kitchen. The 2 bathrooms and kitchen area are shared with the other 3 rooms.Please respect other guest´s belongins. The fridge will have a shelf for each rooms. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest. Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
