Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention). Please note that a breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs. Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee. Only ONE pet allowed (small dog, house trained) with a fee per night, and access to bedrooms or furniture is strictly prohibited. The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection. Please note that electric vehicle (EV) charging is not permitted at the property, including plugging into the cottage’s electricity. Kindly use the designated parking space only. We ask that you do not disturb other residents on site please direct all communication through Prim Short Stays.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
