Pets are allowed with a weight of 0-10 kg. There is a charge of 500 THB. If more than 5 kg, an additional service charge of 100 THB. Rules of the Stay 1. Check-in and check-out times: - Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00. - If check-out is later than the specified time, there is a fine of 1,000 THB/30 minutes. 2. Smoking: - Please do not smoke inside the building for safety and good atmosphere. If violated, there will be a fine of 2,000 THB. 3. Noise control: - Avoid loud noise outside the building (or inside the building by opening doors or windows) after 22:00. 4. Use of swimming pools and public areas: - Do not bring pets into the swimming pool. If there is damage or it is found that pets are brought into the swimming pool, there will be a fine of 5,000 THB. - Do not bring food or drinks into the swimming pool to maintain cleanliness. 5. Damage Liability: - If there is any damage to the property, please let us know. We need to charge the actual value of the damage. 6. Use of equipment in the house: - Please use kitchen equipment and other items with caution. If you find that the equipment is not ready for use, please notify us immediately. - If you are not comfortable cleaning and storing cooking and eating equipment after use,there is charges a cleaning and storage fee of 500 THB/time. 7. Maintenance of the house: - Please leave garbage properly and do not bring anything that may cause sparks, flammable substances, drugs or illegal substances into the house. 8. Child and Pet Care: - Please take care of the safety of your children or pets closely. - Care and cleaning of pet debris is the guest's responsibility. The property reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if any dirt or damage is found. Thank you for your cooperation. 9. Property Preservation: - Please take care of your personal property. The house is not responsible for any damage or loss of items that are not properly preserved. Important Note: The house does not allow illegal activities inside the house. If there is any illegal activity inside the house, the house will not be held responsible in any way.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
