- Please complete the online check-in within 24 hours before arrival using the link sent with the booking confirmation and proceed with entering the required data (including documents for guest identification) and signing the rental agreement. - The check-in will be managed remotely by Venicevillas, which will provide all the information necessary to retrieve the keys. It is possible to enter independently at any time. Assistance will be available from the property until 10:00 pm; after that, contact only in case of emergency. - No payment will be required upon arrival, however in the online check-in form it will be necessary to enter a credit or debit card, preferably the same one used to pay the reservation for the management of the security deposit. The sum of €100 will be pre-authorized for the security deposit. There will be no charge and the pre-authorization will be canceled after 48 hours from departure, unless damages are detected. In this case, you will still be notified. - On the day of departure it is forbidden to leave garbage bags outside or inside the apartment. - It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that all windows, shutters and doors are closed when they leave the apartment, to ensure the safety of the property. - Guests leaving must turn off the lights, the air conditioning in summer and the heating in winter to help save energy. - All damage and breakages must be reported immediately to the reception manager. - It is forbidden to take away the towels provided.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
