1. A refundable security deposit of $350 will be pre-authorised on your card the day before check-out, covering any damages or unapproved extra guests. Released within 7 days of check-out if no issues arise. 2. An extra guest fee of $40 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests, charged for each night of the stay. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival. 3. No smoking anywhere on the property or balcony — a $100 cleaning fee applies. 4. Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure. 5. This is an adults only property 6. Please take rubbish with you and place in the wheelie bins at the entrance to the property, near the letterbox. 7. As there are many horses around the hut, please ensure all gates are shut behind you if you choose to walk around the property or to the dam 8. This cottage is in a rural environment, while pest management is in place, guests may encounter native wildlife. 9. Please remove shoes before entering the house.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
