A payment link or card verification request will be emailed for guest completion if they elect to pay accommodation fees directly to booking.com. If this is not provided your booking may be cancelled. The property reserves the right to request that guests vacate their apartment immediately if any of the terms and conditions/house rules are broken. YSB reserve the right to request a security deposit of up to £500.00 per apartment for group bookings (2 or more apartments) and/or guests booking with a Bristol or surrounding area postcode (within 40 miles).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
