Pets are welcome. There is a 30 EUR fee per pet per stay. No smoking inside the apartment. A 200 EUR fee applies if smoking is detected. Lost or damaged key: 100 EUR per key. Unlocking service before 18:00: 25 EUR / after 18:00: 80 EUR. Unauthorized late check-out: 50 EUR. No parties or loud activities. Violations during quiet hours may result in a 300 EUR fine. Please avoid moving furniture. If extra rearranging is needed after check-out, a minimum 20 EUR fee may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
