Offering apartments and rooms with picturesque sea views, Golden House Apartments is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Varna Province Region, 1.5 km away from the centre of Golden Sands and 300m from the nearest beach. It's suitable for families, couples, groups and business travels. There is a seasonal pool with umbrellas and lounges available for our guests, as well as a BBQ dining area.
Most of the apartments are equipped with a kitchen, fitted with refrigerator and stove top. Each has a private bathroom with towels and bed linen available. All units come with a cable flat-screen TV and individual balcony. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The Superior Double or Twin Rooms have a standard equipment of a room with a small fridge and do not have a kitchen.
The nearest beach is 300 metres away, reachable by stairs and Kabacum Beach is 800 metres from Golden House Apartments. Aladzha Monastery is 5km away and Varna Airport is a 30-minute drive away - transfer can be provided upon charge. There is free public street parking on site, while paid private parking is also available upon request.
