A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking in accordance with our terms and conditions. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with Professional Holiday Homes at least 24 hours prior to check-in. For same-day bookings, the rental agreement must be signed within one hour of making the reservation. If the agreement is not completed within the required timeframe, the booking may be cancelled and guests will not be permitted to stay at the property.This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
