Check-in is strictly from 15:00 to 19:00. The Hideaway At Windermere requests that all guests provide an expected arrival time at the time of booking.
Arrivals after 19:00 will be treated as a no-show and will be charged in full, as per cancellation policy.
Please note that The Hideaway has a strict non-smoking policy. Guests will be asked to vacate the room immediately if evidence of smoking is found, and a minimum charge of GBP 200.00 will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the reservation, to cover all additional cleaning and dry cleaning costs.
Bookings for 3 rooms or more cannot be accepted.
Please note, there is no lift at the property, and as a result it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
