Damage deposit
A damage deposit of THB 20000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Please note that a refundable deposit is required for electricity and water, according to usage: 5000 Baht per week, 10,000 Baht for two weeks, and 20,000 Baht per month.
Guests who stay at the Stunning Villa must pay 1000 Baht per week to use the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
