Damage deposit
A damage deposit of THB 20000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Please note that a refundable deposit is required for electricity and water, according to usage: 5000 Baht per week, 10,000 Baht for two weeks, and 20,000 Baht per month.
