We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal. We need your car registration number to register on the building portal before you enter the car park, this is important as the car parks are ANPR-controlled. Please send us your car registration 24-48 hours before arrival for us to ensure it is all fully registered for your booking. Failure to send the registration plate could result in a parking ticket fine if the car is driven in the building without this registration. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as: Dish soap Dishwasher pods One kitchen sponge Two trash bags Two full rolls of toilet paper Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen Some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and salt ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST -Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. -NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will be incurred if there is a smoke odor in the unit -No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. -No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit.
