Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules. Use of sofa bed can be requested with a £10 linen charge (invoiced separately).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
