Late Arrival Important Information: For all after-hours check-in (arriving later than 18:00), Property will send through Pre Check-in steps to Guests for completion. It is mandatory for the Pre Check-in to be completed prior to 18:00. Guest is required to notify the Property of a late check-in at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 24 hours of arrival, please contact the property prior to 17:00 on the arrival date. For Pre Check-in, Guest require their Identification Document and Credit Card used to make payment for this booking. Guest will be sent a secure payment link to pay the $100 Damage Deposit using the same Credit Card used for the booking. Property will not be able to organize a late check-in if the pre-check in process is not completed by 18:00. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa and Mastercard, and a 3.5% surcharge when you pay with a American Express or Diners Club credit card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
