Kindly note the owners of the property have 2 pet Labradors, however they are not permitted to enter the bedrooms or kitchen.
Incorrect description:
1. 'heated pools' - not correct. There is an outdoor swimming pool which is heated in the summer season from May to mid-September.
2. There is a separate study/work space available to guests - (not desks in the rooms)
3. Please remove reference to Southampton airport. Please DO put 1hr 20 min drive to London Gatwick, and 1hr 45 mins to London Heathrow. There is a direct train line from Gatwick to Chichester - the local train station.
4. the nearest attraction is East Wittering beach which is directly in front of the property.
5. Please remove the reference to 2 pet labradors - There are no pets on the property now.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
