Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Check-in is only by appointment from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
For arrivals after 19:00 there is a surcharge of 40 EUR, from 23:00 there is a surcharge of 50 EUR. Late check-in is allowed till 01:00.
All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please be aware that as per regional regulation, air conditioning will be active from the end of April until mid September and the permitted temperature inside the apartments will be 24°-26° and it works with the security keys that you find in the apartment. Air conditioning will be on only when you are at home and it will switch off automatically when you go out and take the keys with you. Heating will be switched on from the end of September until mid April and the allowed temperature will be 20°-22°.
