Please note that this property, including all rooms and the cafe are strictly non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged. If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please let the property know in advance. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Guests may be charged for extra cleaning, repair/replacements to the cottage for damage during their stay. A fee of $50 applies for check-outs after 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made. In the event of early departure guests will be charged the full amount of the stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
