Wichtige Informationen
1. After booking, guests must provide the host with all passport photos and cell phone numbers. Check-in information will only be sent after this is done. If the booking is for three adults, three phone numbers and three passports are needed.
2. Paying the damage deposit is mandatory with this property and you must ensure that the payment is in our account before 4pm of your check-in date. We won't be able to provide check-in details until we have received payment of the damage deposit in our bank.
3. Each bag drop-off costs £10, subject to availability.
4. Avoid making noise after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m. Noise levels above 75 decibels are considered very loud. If the noise reaches this level, the host will warn the guests. If the noise persists after 10 minutes, the host may evict the guests or require them to quiet down.
5. Eating or drinking in the bedroom is not allowed. Any evidence of this will result in extra cleaning with germ-killing chemicals, leading to additional fees.
6. Cots are available upon request, which must be made four days before check-in.
7. Guests are not allowed to change the locks or tamper with the doorbell.
8. Pets are not allowed. If pets are found, they will undergo expensive desensitization processes to ensure the next guests don't have allergic reactions. Additional fees will apply.
9. If guests do not leave the key in the lockbox by the agreed check-out time and cannot return it within 30 minutes, the key will be considered stolen/lost, and fees will apply.
10. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay without the host's permission (message the host before arrival). The flat can only accommodate the number of guests it was booked for. Unauthorized guests will be fined £150 each and must leave immediately. If they don’t, a team member will intervene, which will incur additional costs.
11. Remove your shoes upon entering. Signs of shoe use inside will result in extra sanitization cleaning fees.
12. A fee of £70 will apply to guests who fail to check out on time. For each additional hour after the check-out time, there will be an extra charge of £150. This is necessary due to our tight scheduling and the additional costs of securing last-minute cleaning services. Staying over two hours past check-out will incur a £300 charge (£150 x 2). This amount may be deducted from your damage deposit.
13. Early or late check-ins and bag drop-offs may be arranged. Message us with your needs, and we’ll try to help. Early check-in fees:
Noon: £150
1 p.m.: £70
2 to 3 p.m.: £50
4 p.m.: Free
14. Replacing lost keys incurs a fee. If a team member needs to deliver a new key, an emergency call-out fee will apply based on your location and our schedule.
15. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on balconies, by windows, or inside. Smoking is permitted only outside the front door, more than 6 meters away. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will incur an £800 fee due to noise, neighborhood disturbance, and necessary detox and sanitization cleaning. Fees will apply.
16. Late check-ins incur extra fees: £100 between 7 pm. and 10 pm., and £150 after 10 p.m.
17. Illegal drugs, including weed and class A, B, and C drugs, are prohibited. Handling and disposing of these substances will incur extra cleaning fees. Fees will apply.
18. Clean your dishes; otherwise, a claim may be made against your damage deposit.
19. Refurbishments may occur to improve the property or replace old furniture, so items may differ from photos. New items will be of equal or better quality. By booking, you agree to this.
20. For last-minute reservations, in-person check-in can occur up to 2 hours after guests have submitted the damage deposit, passports for all guests, and all guests' telephone numbers.
21. Guests must be at least 38 years old to check in, unless prior permission is granted by the host. Please contact us before booking to see if this policy can be waived for your group. No guests under 38 years old are permitted to stay on the property unless agreed upon by us.
22. Unidentified guests allowed during the day must leave by 9 p.m. (sound curfew). Unauthorized guests staying after 9 p.m. incur a £150 fee per person per night. No more than 7 people are allowed on the property at once. For more people, please inform us in advance, and we may make an exception.
23. Guests are liable for any damages and claims exceeding the damage deposit amount.
24. An additional £50 administration charge applies for any claims made on your reservation due to the involvement of multiple parties and the time required to handle a claim.
25. Alternative Payment Options for Security Deposit: In case you are unable to pay your security deposit by bank transfer, alternative payment options MIGHT be available.
IF IS AVAILABLE payment by Cash: A fixed fee of £60 will be applied due to the additional staff involvement required for cash handling
26. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, kindly settle your security deposit in advance of your stay.
27. To accommodate guests with children, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before check-in. This allows us to make necessary arrangements.
