Key Access & Entry Instructions: Location of Key Box: The key box is mounted on the wall adjacent to back door entrance, as shown in the property photographs. It features a downward-opening flap on top. The box is situated outside the rear door near the parking area. There are two entrance gates: The front gate, equipped with a buzzer, and the rear door, near the parking lot, where the key box is installed. The key box is positioned on the right side of the rear door. Accessing the Keys: Guests should enter the provided code into the lock box and turn the knob clockwise to open it. Inside, they will find the necessary keys for access. Returning the Keys: Guests are required to return the keys to the lock box before departing. To secure the box, they should turn the knob counterclockwise to lock it. Communication & Code Delivery: The partner will send the access code to the guest prior to arrival. Guests are kindly reminded to follow the instructions carefully and ensure the keys are returned properly. Emergency Contact: In case of any issues, guests should contact Zubair at 07424 747070.
