The base price includes 4 guests. There are 2 additional rooms on the ground floor that can be reserved for an extra fee. To reserve an additional room, choose the option for two extra guests, which will grant access to one more room. If you need access to all 4 rooms and you are only 4 guests, you must book for 8 guests to unlock all the rooms. Room distribution: Three bedrooms have doors, while the fourth room (included in the basic reservation for 1-4 guests) is a loft. House Rules: Quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Cleaning fees cover floors, bed linens, and towels. If extra cleaning is needed or there are difficult stains, an additional fee will apply. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. For stays longer than 3 weeks, electricity consumption must be paid separately. Extra sets of bed linens or towels during the stay are available for an additional charge of €20. The base price for 4 people includes two double beds on the main floor. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms that sleep two people each. If you want to open one of the bedrooms, you'll need to add it as an extra bed for €25 per night. This applies to the other room for sale. An extra bed on the Booking platform is equivalent to a double room.
