- Please note that all guests will need to fill in their National ID details through an online form before their arrival, as a legal requirement. - Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed. - The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels. - The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply to this rule may involve extra cleaning costs. - Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay. - Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€. - Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 35€ cost. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed: our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. - A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in. - A deposit pre-authorisation up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received.
