Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Damage Deposit Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 GBP prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.
