Thank you very much for choosing our property. To guarantee and confirm your reservation, we require an initial payment of 50% of the total stay at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid upon check-in. According to our property's policies and conditions, we currently do not offer credit card payment or pre-authorization services. Therefore, the payment required to confirm your reservation must be made directly using the payment methods we will provide once the reservation has been made. This measure allows us to guarantee the availability of the property and secure your stay, especially since reservations made through Booking.com may be completed without an advance payment. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. In dieser Unterkunft sind weder Junggesellen-/Junggesellinnenabschiede noch ähnliche Feiern erlaubt.
