Guests must sign the property rental contract at check-in. For stays of more than 28 days, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that if your arrival date coincides with the same day you made the reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the accommodation. Please note that children under 18 travelling without their parents must present a written statement with a copy of the parent or legal guardian's passport. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence.
