Please ensure that the security deposit is validated before 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival in order to guarantee that the access code to the accommodation is provided to you in a timely manner. After 4:00 PM, staff will no longer be able to grant you access to the accommodation if the security deposit has not been previously validated. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation: the entire security deposit will be forfeited in the event of non-compliance. The accommodation must be left in a reasonable and tidy condition. The refrigerator must be emptied upon departure: failure to do so will result in a €20 deduction from the security deposit. Dishes must be washed and put away: failure to do so will result in a €20 deduction from the security deposit. Trash must be disposed of properly (see the location of the waste disposal area/containers in the welcome booklet): failure to do so will result in a €20 deduction from the security deposit. Windows should be closed when leaving. No damages, breakages, or thefts are permitted. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest, unless otherwise specified. Departing after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a €50 deduction from the security deposit. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect the neighbors. Prostitution is strictly prohibited within the accommodation.
