Guests must act responsibly to avoid endangering their own safety or that of others present. The house has a piano in the living room, which may only be used by guests who know how to play it. It must not be used as a toy, handled improperly, or used as a surface to place objects (glasses, plates, or other items), due to its delicate nature. Upon leaving the accommodation, lights must be turned off and facilities left in proper condition. Guests must take care of the accommodation and report any damage or incident during their stay.
